In January of last year, Nelson Miller’s ownership group, New Water Capital, acquired Chainlogix and announced plans to merge the two companies. We’re excited to share that we are taking the next step in unifying the Nelson Miller and Chainlogix teams by joining forces under an updated brand name: Nelson Miller Group!

Our new branding signals a step forward in our evolution and continually growing capabilities. Our name is rooted in a long history of stability and success: In keeping “Nelson Miller”, we acknowledge our 85-year legacy of creating custom engineered components, devices, and box-build assemblies. We serve organizations across industrial, IoT, telecommunications, lighting, medical, consumer and aerospace industries. Looking to the future, we’ve included the word “Group” to denote our expanding portfolio of industries, domestic engineering expertise, supply chain management services, and global footprint.
